Key Responsibilities:
- Hand and power tools, as well as equipment used for woodworking work, such as a circular saw, table saw, router, pneumatic nail guns (for roofing, framing, and finish work), drills, and other tools needed for measuring, cutting, fastening, and drilling.
- Plan, frame, and put up walls and floors.
- Plan, run, and set up electrical panels, breaker boxes, switches, and outlets.
- Get the drywall, tape, mud, and texture ready and put them up.
- Complete building of the roof, including the framing, flashing, and shingles.
- Do finish and cabinet carpenter work, such as installing and trimming.
- Put up the walls, doors, and windows.
- Paint the inside and outside of things.
- Work together with your teammates and encourage a good team setting.
- Follow all of the rules, laws, and safety standards set by the company.
